Creaking Noise when parked not charging or charging

My 2015 Model S frequently makes a creaking or growling noise (like a squeaking door) followed by a loud click when parked in my garage. I have heard the air conditioner in the past, but I don't believe that the most recent sound is related to that, and I just started hearing the noise in the last week or so. Is it something that should be of concern?

I have the same problem. Mine sounds like a smoke alarm with a low battery. Don't see any warnings when I turn the car on.

I like to think it’s like a sleeping dog, my pup used to make all kinds of noises.

Click may be one of the contactors closing or opening. You may notice more when you connect to charge.

@Prescott - thanks - perhaps the right noise can be found on my list of sounds.

Thank YOU TT for the resource, I remembered that you had a list from a post months ago.

Sounds to me like the front louvers opening (the creak) and then a contactor closing (loud click).
