A set of Tesla Model S headlights for sale, new condition

You are buying a never used set of Tesla Headlights for the Model S, 2010-2013 years. I bought these headlights from an auction, I have the bill of sale. I took these headlights to a Tesla Motors Inc. in , Ontario, Canada, to get them checked out, I was advised the headlights are in new condition and have never been installed in an vehicle. If you have any questions, please ask.

I'm selling thenm on ebay as well, $600 for the pair

Model #6005905 is on the back of the light.

Are these the xenon headlamps?

smd | 12 April 2013

Hmmm, sounds like they're from a wrecked Tesla, or possibly stolen from the factory or supplier and now be resold...

You posted this in the General Forum, and it's just as fishy here as there.

jerbone2489,

You wouldn't by chance have a fuel-filter for a 2010 Model S?

hsadler | 15 April 2013

@TikiMan
"You wouldn't by chance have a fuel-filter for a 2010 Model S?"

The 2010 Model S requires complete spark plug replacement with a new fuel-filter.

eddygorsuch | 15 April 2013

Oh crap. I thought the Model S was maintenance free. How long are the spark plugs good for before the sparks start leaking?

Brian H | 15 April 2013

Complete provenance required.

Don’t forget rotate the batteries in the pack, newest in the back and oldest in the front.

I'm looking to replace my catalytic converter with a straight pipe, but I haven't found one that will fit yet. Before I have one fabricated, anyone know someone that makes one that fits?

The treadmill bearing is going, and there are multiple complaints from the hamster in consequence...... Where can you get these cheaply? My hamster wants to bite me every time I open the frunk...!!

olanmills | 15 April 2013

I just recently got a mechanic to replace the headlight fluid. Don't be a fool like other people and attempt to do this yourself. You need the experts so you won't ruin your new car.

BarryQ | 15 April 2013

dborn - you obviously need to give your hamster more espresso so he won't try to bite you. You did have the machine installed, right?? (Also you get 2.76 microwatts more hamster power)

cloroxbb | 16 April 2013

this thread makes me laugh. I can't believe you guys are still using the hamsters.

David Trushin | 16 April 2013

I had my hamster replaced with 4 chipmunks in 4.4. The whine from the hamster is now replaced with a chirping sound.

pebell | 16 April 2013

Pff, hamsters, treadmills. Poor chain efficiency. The solution: electric eel (Electrophorus Electricus)! I noticed I never used the frunk as there is plenty of space in the back, so I made it waterproof and turned it into a fishtank that harbors a dozen or so of these charming creatures. It can function either as "range extender" or "turbo boost". Thinking about going commercial..

"I just recently got a mechanic to replace the headlight fluid."

Just a quick question...
How much extra for colored fluid (to compensate for differences in pollution levels based on the ratio of ICE cars in your area) and can you have an attachment allowing adjustments in the fluid color?

Brian H | 16 April 2013

What color are the tears when the car cries?

BarryQ | 16 April 2013

The same color as the TSLA short sellers!
