Powerwall plus machine is off grid power

Powerwall can be charged free for all day and in bussy hour can suplly enough power for all family and even car. Only condition for this is to have one wall free in garage, similar as plasma TV in living room. This is how we can be all off grid, independable of anything, even sun and wind.

A Powerwall (PW) is not "charged free" while off-grid. It requires the added infrastructure of a solar PV array. Typical lifetime costs for solar array-produced energy is from $.05 to $.10 per kWh. Plus, there's a 10% round-trip energy loss to and from PWs.

A *properly sized* system can produce enough power for a family and EV, but a PW's maximum output is 5kW, and most modern residential EVSEs can provide more than 7kW, and the EVs themselves can require up to *eight* PWs-worth of energy to fill. (13.5kWh per PW with a Tesla Model S 100kWh.)

If we're "...all off grid, independable (sic) of anything, even sun and wind", how do you propose to power "...all family and even car" and charge the PWs... with fairy dust and good wishes?

... with fairy dust and good wishes? These good wishes could have worked 100 years ago, when Tesla was still living, but unfortunately, obviously, they will not be there for the next 100 years, just because of the limited mind and lack of imagination. I am not interested in thinking inside frames.

....or rationally, apparently.

... so Tesla thought only irrationally?

That comment was (obviously to rational thinkers), directed at *you*.
