245/35R21 front & 265/35R21 rear tires .. Can I switch to all 245/45R19?

I am purchasing new rims/tires...... Currently I have 245/35R21 front & 265/35R21 rear tires .. Can I switch to All 245/45R19... Why? Because NJ roads are horrible for low profile tires

You just change the tire configuration in the vehicle settings. I use 245/35R21 summer tires on the factory gray turbine wheels, and then switch to 19" winter tires on the factory slipstream wheels when the weather starts getting cold. If you use factory wheels it even allows you to pick the design of the wheels, which AFAICT, merely updates the visualization in the various on-board images.

I think tire choice also affects rated range

No, not rated range, in my experience, but it does have a small impact on actual range. I can't really tell how much because I use the smaller, more efficient tires, during the colder season, so the difference is not showing up for me because of other factors.
