I have a scheduled power outage coming up in 2 days. I have changed my Powerwall 2 settings in the Tesla app to ‘backup only’ to store power for when the outage occurs. Even in Backup only mode the Powerwall is still discharging under normal situations. At this rate I will have 0% power stored for when the outage occurs. Does the app work or is this an installation problem?
