I had solar system and powerwall installed in December of 2017. The system went live in March 2018 and failed a few weeks later. Tesla determined the powerwall needed to be replaced. It has been almost 3 months now and I still do not have a new or operating powerwall. Sales person also mislead us about the California SGIP rebate. Tesla can not even provide me with a estimated time for when my battery will be replaced.
