I was in an accident 15 Feb 2019 and I still haven't gotten my vehicle back. I realize that there have been others that have been waiting longer than I have.
It is currently at a Tesla service center (not a body shop) and they realized that they ordered the wrong parts. The pyro fuse and the seat belt tensioner two weeks ago even though they had the VIN a week after the accident. I followed up with the service adviser yesterday and the best answer he could give me was that he hopes to have the parts in soon.
Is there anyone I can contact to escalate this? I have also spoken to the parts manager at that specific service center previously and assured me that all the parts were available to for the vehicle as soon as it arrived to the service center.
