I have a 2-week old LR AWD Model 3 and my backup camera went black after I installed the V10 software update last night. I did a soft reboot and a hard reboot, neither worked. Have tried every possible way to contact Tesla but have been unsuccessful. Am planning a road trip trip tomorrow but I guess this won’t be resolved by then. Any advice? Has anyone else experienced this?
