What should we call a bunch of Teslas at a supercharger?

What should we call a bunch of Teslas at a supercharger?

Today at the Gilroy, CA, supercharger there were 7 Model Ses all charging at once. It was a pretty sight. Actually, it was a very impressive sight!

I wondered what such a group should be called. We all know about a gaggle of geese, a pack of wolves, and a murder of crows. Then it hit me: This had to be a

"Charge of Teslas".

All comments, humorous and otherwise welcome.

What should one call a line of ICE vehicles at a gas station? Perhaps a "guzzle of gas burners". Okay, I will stop now. :-)

I would call it a long afternoon hanging around and waiting. Arriving at a supercharger with open stalls when I need a charge is a prettier site to me

Being related to aquaculture I like the thought of A SCHOOL OF TESLAs :-)

An (electron) cloud?

Newampster | May 24, 2014

I prefer Socket Suckers.

Newampster | May 24, 2014

My intellectual wife suggest "tessellation". Like Escher's art, a tessellation is created when a shape is repeated over and over again covering a plane without any gaps or overlaps.

TonyR63 | May 24, 2014

An Ohm of Teslas? An Amp? I like the coulomb and (electron) cloud.

TonyR63 | May 24, 2014

Or a joule of Teslas.

Maybe a "Tes'lation"? ;)

See what a group of baboons are called. Very fitting!

A Tesla Coil?

↑ Congress

Jamon | May 25, 2014

"Congress" was a myth. Correct answer is "troop".

So what is my prize for correcting BrianH? :)

A half-dozen sucking simultaneously from individual teats is usually called a litter.
