My Powerwall was installed end of March this year and I am frequently checking the meters in the Tesla App. A couple of weeks ago I found that the measures for day, week and month increase as they should but the measures for the year stay the same. I see the same value for kWh from the Powerwall of 1699 for at least 3 weeks now while I see that 55 kWh have flown from the powerwall to my home during the last week, so the number for the year should have increased as well. Did anyone else observe this?
I called the hotline, was told that I would be called back but that never happened.
