Model 3 WiFi weirdness

Model 3 WiFi weirdness

Our Model 3 will not remember the WiFi credentials for our summer house. It saves the credentials for our winter house WiFi OK. I assumed, that like my phone, it would remember networks it has connected to before and automatically reconnect. Why is this not happening? The Wifi router is exactly the same device in both locations.

1) Check if you have the same security choices
2) Try a different network name

If the access point name is the same, then it has no way to remember both locations.

I would make sure the second home has a different access point name and credentials.

The SSIDs and passwords are different at each location.

Winter house WIFI + Summer house WIFI + Tesla = First World Problem

Try a different name. I had a device that would not connect because of a name I chose.
