Got our model X last month and we just realized the horn does not work (cause I rarely use it) nor does the voice command button. I scheduled for mobile service and they sent me a estimate of $300! I called them and they said someone will get back to me in a day. Of course, no one got back to me. Anyone else have such an issue and how should I deal with it? Just have them come fix it and not pay them when they ask for payment? I kind of need the horn to work as it is a safety issue.
I’m having the same problem. And the steering wheel heater does not work. Getting it serviced in a week. We shall see what they say.
They fixed it with their mobile service. The contract just allows them to work in the vehicle. And it was covered under warranty.
