Tesla became a popular car in Hong Kong but their service department lacked the capacity to accommodate sudden surge of new owner.
We took delivery couple weeks ago and the X returned back to shop for multiple defects. There were no pick up for the service and no loaner car was available during the repair time of factory defects. Out of the time we had the X, now we spent almost 1 week in repair which is roughly around 25% of the time we had the car. On top of that, we traded our working S for X, Tesla Hong Kong need to do better.
