Installed the update yesterday and as reported in other threads, my air suspension would no longer lower automatically at highway speed. This morning I was sitting stationary in the driveway and touched the lower button. The car lowered. Took it out for a drive and the car returned to the standard setting as soon as I put it in motion. At highway speed I touched the lower button and the car started to lower then quickly returned to the standard position with a touch screen error saying that position was not allowed. I immediately touched the lower again, it lowered and stayed at the lower setting with no error code. Don't quite know what to make of it, but it appears 5.8 may have affected the air suspension software in ways Tesla didn't intend. I like the idea of the lower position being selectable rather than automatic and maybe Tesla just needs to tweak the software a bit. Curious if anyone else can duplicate my experience.
