"Your Model S has entered the production queue at our Factory in Fremont, California."

Confirmed yesterday, went from
sourcing parts:
to Your Model S has entered the production queue at our Factory in Fremont, California:
Now have a VIN assigned same day.

I have read other threads and it looks like this normally takes place over a few days.

Has anyone else had the same result?

Your car order is proceeding normally.

Jayinjapan ok cool thank you. I hope to see it in the next month!

It takes 5 days to build yOur car. Then it will go to testing and delivery for 2-3 days, if you are taking delivery in Fremont. Obviously longer if you are taking delivery in Maine.
The factory tour is as astonishing as the car. Your kids will talk about it forever. Take delivery in Fremont if you live within 500 miles

@greyghost1
I have already been through the factory in Fremont. The X line is setup looks to be nearly done. I am in Kansas so I am not sure if that is train or truck.
I cant wait to get my personal rocketship. Its going to blow my families mind, they have never felt the force of the P85D.

Production queue is just the line to get started. It may take months.

Production is usually a month, depending on options and delivery location, then anywhere from 5 to 8 days to build, then transit... oh the transit time! up to 21-25 days for the east coast.
Welcome to the wait!
