I have owned a Model X for a little over a year and I can definitively state that in my particular case, this was the WORSE automobile purchase that I have ever made. This car lives in the service department. I know one can sometimes purchase a "lemon" vehicle but this one takes the cake with respect to any of the 15 or so vehicles that I have owned over the years. I am going to push this auto off into the woods and leave it to rot. It is an expensive, no thrills, non luxury, computer box that has a multitude of problems. Every problem, and there are too many for me to remember them all at this posting, has always been shrugged off as an update issue, or a mechanical issue that they were aware of with this model, or something that we just found out about or a firmware issue! I am exhausted. I have begged the corporation to buy this vehicle back but of course, it is a not going to happen. This LIKE EVERY OTHER MANUFACTURER'S VEHICLE is subject to the rules that govern the contract/purchase agreement where the manufacturer always wins in our current industry's environment. Tesla is not even concerned with my isssues. They certainly will not "buy me out" of my current situation and take this problem laden machine back. They didnt even offer to exhange my current vehicle for another one that is exactly the same as which suggests that this may just be a "one off" type of situation. I may have just received an individual "lemon" vehicle. Whatever the case, I will not even think about another Tesla anything because the distastefulness that I maintain for the brand is too strong! I hate Tesla vehicles.
