Got our model X last month and we just realized the horn does not work (cause I rarely use it) nor does the voice command button. I scheduled for mobile service and they sent me a estimate of $300! I called them and they said someone will get back to me in a day. Of course, no one got back to me. Anyone else have such an issue and how should I deal with it? Just have them come fix it and not pay them when they ask for payment? I kind of need the horn to work as it is a safety issue.
