Streaming says "connect to wifi"

I have a model s and ever since I did an update my streaming and traffic doesnt work unless I connect to wifi. I know I dont have to pay for the service because I bought my car last February. Is there anything I can do to get it back besides hard reset that I did already? Thanks

Create a service request and explain what is going on.

What does it say on your Tesla account for the car?

When did you purchase you car? If you purchased before June 30, 2018 then you should have free premium connectivity.

My Premium Connectively quit working. I am supposed to have until Premium Connectivity
Subscribe Complimentary Period Ending on September 23, 2020. Do I have to bring in for a service to get it fixed?

Try rebooting, and if that doesn’t help contact service. They should be able to resolve the issue remotely.
