Does a new Model S come with a cable and a 240V adapter?

My friend bought a Model S in October and went to charge it at my beach house but when he opened the cable that came with the car it only had the 110V adapter.
Did Tesla stop including the 240V adapter or was his just missing.
He didn't notice it right away since he installed the Tesla Wall charger at his house so never had to use the cable before.

If they stopped, it must have been last year or earlier. Mine came with just the 115 V adapter as well. I had to buy the 240V, and also order a "recreational vehicle" extension cord from Amazon to get to a pre-installed outlet.

The correct adapters are at the the Tesla Store. I bought a 5-20, and 6-50 to add to the gen 2 spare cable I bought.

Yes all Tesla’s only come with a 120 V plug. You can buy the other plugs on mine from Tesla. I personally am very disappointed. But if you already knew that before you buy the car it’s not a big deal.
