Why no Netflix or Caraoke in v10 update?

Why no Netflix or Caraoke in v10 update?

Has anyone else had this problem? My Tesla downloaded the software update 10 a few weeks ago, but didn't get Netflix, etc. (we did get Spotify). I've tried resetting the car a few times but so far no success. I sent a request to Tesla Support, but they have not replied.

Is there a fix for this?

You likely have MCU1 (an older car), which does not support these features. Only a few car will fix this.

I have a 2017 Tesla Model S. Is that considered older?

@Macclelland, yes it is. I also have a 2017 Model S with MCU1. No video for me on the S.
But my Model 3 displays beautiful video and audio from multi-sources.

Model S with Mar 2018 build date have the necessary processor to handle video.
