I was in a minor crash (MX75 delivered 3/25) on May 3rd and was hit by a Volkswagen Passat driver who ran a red light. There was damage to the bumper, the frunk hood, and some parking sensors (nearly ~$8000). The car has been in a body shop since then and everyday I get status updates because Tesla is unable to provide spare parts. The body shop said this was almost standard procedure for Tesla and that they are very unreliable, even with providing information. Have other people had the same experience and is there an avenue to complain about something like this. Any help will be appreciated.
