Purchased directly from Tesla a 2016 MS which states AP1 Hardware with Convenience Features. There are no options in vehicle or online for purchasing Autopilot. Tesla Support states no hardware to support Autopilot however I purchased under the impression the upgrade would be available to Autopilot as every piece of documentation from online advertisement to Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement and the Vehicle Configuration states Autopilot Hardware 1 with Conv Features. Interested in any details that can be shared or recommendations before I drop in to the Tesla facility where I purchased. Thx!
