While waiting for our Model X to be delivered (ordered January, last chance to get cheaper 75D) I have been trying to figure out what the real 0 - 100 km/h speed is. I am pretty confused, as there are so many different numbers.
So, according to Tesla when ordered (Switzerland), it is: 6,2 seconds 0 - 100 km/h
But then, I stumbled upon this: https://forums.tesla.com/forum/forums/tesla-model-x-75d-0-60-49-sec
Apparently, there was an "uncorking" done to the X 75D back in 2017, which allowed the vehicles to accelerate in about 5.1 seconds (4.9 in US due to different measuring and unit difference)
Then, again, I found this webpage: https://mobile.guideautoweb.com/en/specifications/tesla/model-x/75d/2019/
They say it is 5.2 seconds, for 2019 models.
Now, my question: Did Tesla decrease the performance of the Model X 75 at some point, or how come it is 6.2 seconds now? Perhaps anybody owns a new X 75 D and can tell me what the actual 0 - 100 km/h acceleration is?
Thanks in advance!
