Any Owner in Ventura County?

How many Owners do we have that lives in Ventura County? I have seen three so far and it will be four in a couple of weeks :)

Ventura County has a huge density of Tesla'S. The day mine was delivered (Jan 9), the driver said he had delivered 6 that week in my neighborhood. They are becoming a common site here. It is great to see Tesla doing so well and I hope it gets even better. Sadly, you quickly loose the rock-star treatment when you pull up in one. :)

I'm sorry you live in a common site. Maybe you should move!
Just don't lose sight of your roots. /:)

Agoura: Black S85 delivered 12/31/12, 8K miles, ecstatic! I see several Teslas every week in our area.

Looks like we need a Ventura County chapter of the TesLA Club. Happy to get together if anyone wants to arrange occasional informal breakfast meetings in the Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks area.

I will be happy to organize a Ventura County Chapter. If you are interested email me your emails at

Search Facebook for Tesla Owners of Ventura County and join.
We try to update info on the supercharger, events, etc on there. I will be trying to coordinate with Tesla club LA since they are so organized and have great drives and location meets. Once you contact them they can put you on their e mail list. I will be posting their info on the fb page shortly.

Taking delivery of my blue 85 in less than 6 weeks in Oak Park. Can't wait!

Anyone know about getting spare UMC so that I can have one at home and one at office? Tesla store has them at $650, so wondering if there are any other sources.

CalabasasKid | August 8, 2014

Not quite Ventura County, however in my community in Calabasas, there are at least 6 of them. We got our Grey on Grey last August 24th. Still in love nearly one year and 11k miles later. Can't drive more than a few minutes before seeing a fellow Teslean.

We have four on my street in Newbury Park, seeing more Teslas than BMWs lately.

ebender888. I too live in Oak Park and have owned my MS for 20 months. I understand range anxiety, but you may be a bit over anxious. Do you really need a second UMC? Probably not. Unless your one way work commute is over 100 miles you should relax and have no worries. What you should do (or should have done) is to consult your electrician and install your recharging set up, a Nema 14-5or a HPWC.
