So I ordered a UMC adapter plug from the Tesla Shop and they sent me the wrong one. I've emailed them multiple times because that is the only way you can get in touch with them. No one has gotten back to me about obtaining the correct part.
My question is, is this standard operating procedure for the Tesla Shop? Do they just not respond to customer service questions? Is the best course of action to dispute the charge on my credit card?
There is no number to call, no human to speak to, what kind of company are we dealing with here?
