*DRIVING SAFETY ISSUE* Can't buy windshield wipers No Live Chat and no customer support people answering emails or phonecalls

I bought the car used at a third party dealership, I need to show proof of transfer which I have submitted to customersupport@tesla.com 10 days ago, all the requirements from tesla supporting documents have been sent, I am not getting an email even for acknowledgment.

Tesla will not sell me windshield wipers unless the car is registered with Tesla with my name, I learned this last week, didn't even know I had to do this. I have been calling (35+ minute wait) and nobody is picking up the phone on Tesla's end.

I sent two subsequent emails to customersupport@tesla.com and nobody has reached back.

Please help as this is a safety issue.

Sounds frustrating, but there's no reason to drive around with unsafe wipers when they're available at virtually any auto parts store.

And so forth.

I thought I had heard it all.

@hammer, happens each trading day when TSLA goes up.

For those who might actually get caught in the rain, follow Dramsey's advice. Be sure to buy the Bosch blades. That is the blade Tesla has migrated to.
