This afternoon, while driving on the Long Island Expressway, my screen suddenly popped up a warning "12V battery disconnected, Reconnect battery or vehicle may shut down". This the second time in 2 weeks that this has happened. The first time, I was about to install an update and had to call the mobile service number. They reset the system and forced the update. This time I decided to stop at the Syosset, NY Service center and have them take a look. I was only a couple of miles away, so I drove over. In a total of 25 minutes, they took my info, pulled the car into a service bay and fixed the problem. It was a loose connection.
This Service Center is congenial, fast and efficient. I can't complement them enough. Thank you Sarah!
