Insurance for Model 3

Insurance for Model 3

Unable to get an insurance quote for my Model 3 - getting same message over and over - "We are unable to get a quote for this driver. Pls review information below". Has anyone run into this issue? Cannot get any help from Tesla Support.

Have you gone to an agent? If you aren't getting an online quote I'd just go to an agent and do it there. I use Allstate.

I would like to use Tesla's insurance offering. Not sure if there is an agency that represents them. I believe their insurance is almost 20% cheaper than other providers in the market.

Bad driving record? Not in California? I agree with bjrosen, try an independent agent as they have access to numerous insurance companies.

We love Liberty Mutual.

Wawanesa... yes it’s real and extremely good policy. I pay $65 a month full coverage low deductible on my model 3

Have you contacted Tesla Insurance directly? Their phone is (844) 348-3752.

A couple months ago USAA quoted me a $37 increase over my 2010 Lexus for a 6-month policy. When I finally got the car this week, the actual policy cost the same!

Hello,
Our order number is RN109599231 - I was shopping for a car and saw this article https://cnet.com/roadshow/news/tesla-model-3-free-supercharging-incentives/ I went to Century city Tesla store and they confirmed this deal. I placed my order and wanted them to match another car but now they are telling us they are not able to do that.
We feel deceived and we are going to cancel our order if Tesla won't match my order as they promised.

What state are you in? Tesla insurance is CA only at the moment, they haven't rolled it out to other states yet. It's not as simple as just deciding to offer it, auto insurance is regulated by the states, it has to be approved by the state insurance commissioner in each state that it's offered in.
