@Ross, that's not going to happen once things get back to "normal." I'm expecting a real estate crash.

In 2007, it was the real estate crash that preceded the market crash. This time, it looks reversed.

I hope I'm wrong, as we're contemplating selling and downsizing to two homes (one in Sedona, one in the OC/LA area).

If we are collectively smart, we will change several things. I doubt high density housing will be among them, but I’m hopeful we will eschew Just In Time supply chains for critical products.
