Looking for electrician in So. Orange Co. CA.

I have 3 bids from $935 to $2850. for a HPWC.
There is a 100amp sub panel about 30 ft outside the garage for pool equip. and ac unit.
They would not be in use when charging.
Each has a different approach. 60amp, 80amp and a new 100amp line.
I am not comfortable with any of them.
Solar City is non responsive to my request for a bid.
S-P85 delivery on Dec. 10th.

I'm using Matt Cook at Newport Coast Electric. Our install is not at all easy and is costing a lot. We have to upgrade everything from our connection to the grid, underground lines to our house, new panel and breakers, additional panel for the cars, etc. Matt knows what he's doing and is super trustworthy. I'm in Costa Mesa and delivery is tomorrow!

Myself and another Model S owner in Laguna Beach had good luck with Joe Elrod. Look him up on the internet.

Al, you wouldn't have a white P85 on order, would you? I have a white P85 set to be delivered on Dec. 10 in Costa Mesa. Two whites delivered on the same day, of the same model, in the same location would be somewhat indicative of the color-batching that many are speculating about.

I had a very difficult installation as my panel is very far from my garage. I got 3 quotes, and by a long shot, the least expensive bid was from EMS Electrical, who was a referral from the Tesla store in Fashion Island. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

I had two 14-50 outlets put in by Charrier Electric in my garage. Clean installation lower quote then EMS.
