I purchased our Model S ( our second) last August. Mini car was the incentive. I have still not received the code. I have placed numerous calls and have only received one reply, a couple of months ago, saying that they had no idea when we would get it. I sent an email to customer support the end of December and have not recd a reply. This is all confusing and frustrating. Any suggestions? Is there a particular email or number I should be using?
