No internet connection

No internet connection today.
Resetting does not fixed the issue.

Does anyone have the same issue?

yes. same to me. Switzerland. both resets didn't help

This is more likely your local cellular provider having an issue or your physical location. Both cases cited above (Jun-30, July-6) appear to be very specific to your area or car and not system wide. If your cell phone uses the same carrier as Tesla, and the phone also fails to get data, then it is clearly the cellular carrier.

Lost my LTE all yesterday, but I've got it back today. Heard it had something to do with a Rogers outage.

I had the same problem tried to reset didn't work but the car was due to go in for some things so they said they did a reset and it worked but really don't believe it they must of done something else

I get this quite regularly as I cross a national boundary twice a day. The reset by holding the two thumbwheels and the break pedal usually works but not always. I recently had the problem when traveling and had no maps on the GPS, only the blue line.
The Help center advised not only the reset as described but, PRIOR to that, to turn wifi off and make sure no phone or USB drive was plugged in. Then it worked and I got my maps/LTE/Wifi back.

today I have had no internet connection. Wifi connnection works. the tune in programming works but I dont know how that transmits to the tesla. Cannot play any internet connections music, comedy. Phone works which is AT and T I am downloading the new update tonight maybe that will help. Frustrating that is half the enjoyment of the tesla is the entertainment from the net

As of an hour ago, I have no LTE internet connection or Wi-Fi connection--they both disappeared. To make matters worse, the little antenna symbol on control panel also disappeared! No obvious way to re-add Wi-Fi, any suggestions?

My Car never connects to wifi when I pull in the garage anymore. Every time I pull in, I need to do a dual scroll wheel reboot and I get the wifi back for a while. Then it gets cut off again and then I reboot again. Way too frustrating. The Service center has rescheduled my appointment twice saying they do not have the part to remedy the issue. No ETA either. I think they have no clue what is causing such poor wifi connectivity in my car.

Mine stopped working today too... I updated to version 9 a few days ago and it was working fine, then on my way to work this morning it completely cut out and hasn't been able to connect to anything all day.

I had the same issue today. I’ve had the Tesla for a year and a half, but this is the first time it’s ever happened. Neither reboots worked for me.
