Park Assist Disabled

Park Assist Disabled

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I rebooted but still have a "park assist disabled" message, and the proximity sensors are not working.

Make sure the sensors are not obstructed by dirt or snow.

I would agree with EVRider. Even dust from salt on the roads wouldn't be good.

I did run it through the car wash, but thanks for the reply. I saw on another forum that perhaps a rigorous automated car wash could cause a sensor issue, so I guess I will need a service visit. Perhaps an earlier wash caused this. We have had a ton of salt and snow this winter, so I could also have an obstructed sensor.

First step is to check if your autopilot works, then check for a sensor failure. Wipe off all the sensors and then rub each sensor in a circular motion with a finger and find the one that doesn't respond.

Autopilot works, but will not change Lanes because of the error.
