We have always had quick and effective service for our vehicle and solar/powerwall system. However, I had not called upon service (other than to schedule a regular car maintenance online) in months, and reading this and other forums, I expected that service had deteriorated precipitously in that time.
I called Customer Care about a solar system documentation issue, and based on what I had been reading lately, I expected no one to answer the phone, or to be on indefinite hold, or to speak with someone who was not competent. But I called anyway.
The Tesla robot indicated that my wait would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, an informed and courteous person was speaking with me and quickly answered by relative arcane documentation-related question.
I am not saying that incidents of poor service do not occur. It's just that they have never happened to me.
