VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.... I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS VEHICLE TO ANYONE.
YOU CANT TALK TO SERVICE...YOU HAVE TO LEAVE VOICE MAILS.. Text message, AND THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY SLOW.
We were told 6 days ago before we brought the MS in that the estimate was for a new MCU. Now 2 days after we bring it in, we are told that they don't have the part. They knew why we were having service, they should have had the part, or told us not to come in at the scheduled appointment. The Service of Teslas can not keep up with the sales. They need to have dramatically more and larger service centers. Failure to provide continued customer care will KILL Tesla. Love the car, HATE the service.
