The nearest Tesla service center is 250 miles from my home. Tesla has a great Ranger service where they come out to your home to fix small issues. I called in to schedule a ranger to come out and the hold time has been greater than 30 minutes for some time now. When I called into the service center they would not let me talk with their technicians to schedule an appointment or call me back. Does anyone know if there’s a way to get in contact with the Tesla rangers? I also tried to schedule service via the app and it will only allow me to schedule a service appointment with the store 250 miles away 12 days from now. Any help would be appreciated.

Waited on hold and found out Tesla will be implementing a new option in the not so distant future to provide an option for mobile service when setting up a new service appointment.

I have used the ranger service centered in El Paso several times. They have always been very good. However, after driving to a service center some 450 miles away in September for our first annual service, I discovered that one of our fobs did not work after we left. After several attempts to get this serviced, they finally gave me a working fob. It lasted about 9 days. Since that time I have e-mailed, called, texted and cannot get the ranger service to even talk to me. I have been on hold for extended periods of time several times and told the ranger service will contact me. Pretty much nil. I think we got one e-mail saying they were working on our issue. I waited a couple of weeks and after hearing noting, started again. Bottom line, it is now 3 months since the service, and I can't even find out how to escalate my call. This is crazy painful.

You can try an email through your owner’s page. When you sign in you will see a hot link “manage” under your VIN.
