I have seen a lot of speculation in the forum that 60s only charge at 90 kW. I am sitting here charging at 105 kW in an early 60- VIN in the high 3000s. pleasant surprise, thanks Tesla!

That is awesome!! That means an 85 charging at the same rate would be 148kW. I hope they upgrade the superchargers.
I got a charge rate of 348 miles/ hour at Hawthorne on Friday.

If you multiply the volts x amps shown in the display when DC charging, it will give you watts.
Roughly divide miles by 3.3 and I think you get kWh (300 wh/mi). Or, simply go to settings and change the readout from miles to kWh.
Tes-s, just switch charging units to power instead of distance and it shows kW charging and kWh added.
I was at Centralia, WA, on stand 2A.
at 105 kW it was showing around 290-300 mi/hr.
@DTSea - that is what I meant by going to setting and changing the readout.
I also find the "miles per hour" it displays seems to be an averaged, vs the kW seems to be instantaneous.
Anyone else notice that?
I (one of the earlier S60 owners) had my first long trip (500+ miles) a few weekends ago and got 300+ mi/hr when I had <50 miles left. As the charging continues, it lowered to 200+ mi/hr and then 100-110 mi/hr once it reaches 180 miles.

Well, in theory 85kWh battery can be charger at power 85/60 (1.417) times the power used for 60kWh. So if 60kWh battery can handle 110kW, the 85kWh battery could handle 155kW. That would be something!
More than the 3 times the speed of CHAdeMO :-D
We already know that 135kW is possible, my guess is that improvements will stop for a while at 150kW :-)
If the OP is charging at 300 MPH, isn't that 90 kW?
300 miles-per-hour / 3.33 miles-per-kilowatt-hour = 90 kilowatt
My daughter says it was 324 mi/hr when I switched to kW to see that number.
@LMB, the rated range conversion factor is 289 Wh/mi in the display on your dash. That would be 360 mi/hr instantaneous... but I dont recall the exact miles number (and my daughter might not either)- I was checking the kW. It was something like 350V at 300A.
My handle was warm when I unplugged.
The cooling plant was going full blast to keep battery cool even though outside temp was about 42 degrees.
@DTsea: I wasn't doubting your report, just doing the math and wondering.
See @tes-s's post up-thread for the 3.3. I've read several posts saying rated miles are 308 watt-hour per mile. This is consistent with 81.75 accessible kW-hr (for an S/P85) divided by 265 rated miles. Just realized that this number is different and better for an S60, so
289 watt-hours-per-mile * 324 miles-per-hour = 93.6 kilowatts
Definitely more than 90, sorry for any confusion.
@LMB, Didn't think you were doubting it. Point was I put it in 'power' units and it displayed 105 kW. I did the Volts*Amps math and it checked.
I just didnt note the 'mi/hr' number.
