SuperCharging - Free then Cost now Free again? What

So, I purchased my New 2019 S at the very end of July 2019. I never had to pay for Supercharging with my prior two S models. I was not very happy when the sales rep explained to me that free SuperCharging is no more. Now, less then 2 months later, it's free again. How do I get that changed. I've put an email into my sales rep, but have not heard back yet. Don't you think that those of us who bought a new Tesla within a small window should have free SuperCharging also? Come on Tesla, step up.

Your fourth S may have it.

How do you define a “small window”.

I guess you would say the window you purchased your car in?

How is that fair to everyone else ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was about 2.5 years. I do think they should grandfather in anyone who bought a S within, say, 30 days of when they brought it back.

Then the person who was 31 days away would be complaining since it was missed by only 1 day.

I have read so many posts on this issue and I am still confused. I just bought a 2016 S 70 with 17K on the odo. I have no idea if Supercharging will cost me or no? I have a suspicion that I will have to pay but how and when? When I drove the car home from West Palm Beach florida I stopped along the way to supercharge. Nothing was said and so far my CC is charge free, but in the lower right corner of the main screen it says that it cost $5.25?? That is all that I know.

Don’t sweat the posts.

You will pay for supercharging. At some point.

@sward2 the account screen on will tell you.

It is no different than any other car dealer that offers incentives. Some weeks they are there, and other weeks they aren't. Some folks are lucky and buy the car when the incentives are offered, others aren't so lucky and miss the sale.
