Temporary Maintenance error

Temporary Maintenance error

Received a "Temporary Maintenance" error message when I tried to open the Tesla app.

Called support and they said tthat he Powerwall is working and the issue is on their side.

Now when I try to access the app it is saying that I have no Tesla product associated with my account.

Yes Inot only got the message my energy gateway disappeared completely from my Tesla app. Tesla support told me everything should be back up in a couple of hours.

I’m in Australia and my gateway has disappeared, the App has just told me I have no products in my account, and signed me out and will not let me sign back in. If this is maintenance where was the communication.

@kathymaclean1 I got no communication but talked to Tesla support about my energy gateway disappearance. The Tesla app also has my two cars,which are still working on app, otherwise my app would have given me the same response as yours did. They told me everything should be back up in a couple of hours, and that this was affecting the entireTesla app network.

@Tesla-David thanks! Good to know it is not just me. And indeed it has come back now. Only had our Powerwall 3 weeks so new to it all but despite some app shortcomings we still love looking at it.

My Tesla Powerwall app is still not back. Happy to hear @kathymaclean1’s app is back. Am I the only one without energy gateway app?

Experienced everything everyone else did yesterday Aug 29. My Tesla model S and 3 on the app also stopped working (even more serious as model 3 relies on keyless driving!).

It went back up yesterday ....and now again this morning same issue with the Powerwall (disappearing from app...no account). Vehicles are working in the app

Tesla backend is clearly having serious issues.

I am in Italy and here too the Powerwall app has disappeared. The Model S’one is still working (at the moment).

My energy gateway just disappeared again.Anybodyelse having similar problem? This is second time i two weeks, and is getting to be a bit annoying.

I have had a PV and Powerwall system in service since this past May. I have experienced the errors mentioned here several times. It is consistently on their end and is corrected in a very short time. In fact, I don't even bother calling them anymore when this happens.
