Hello Tesla
I am willing to purchase and import into Mexico a Tesla S70 or S85.
Some of the requirements to do so is that I have to show in the import office a Certificate of Manufacture or Certificate of Origin, can I get one?
If that is the case, where are these Tesla models manufactured?

Thanks in advance

If you want to reach Tesla, this isn't the way to do it. Go to their contact page and that will get you in the right direction.

The cars are made in Frremont, CA.

I meant Freemont.

Pennsylvania requires a Certificate of Origin to register a new vehicle. Normally this is handled by the car dealer, but in Tesla's case, Tesla sent me the Certificate of Origin about 10 days after I took delivery of the car. So Tesla has the capability to provide what you need, just make sure they know you need it.

As a bonus the certificate is signed by Elon. Cool, even if it is likely a robo-signature. Alas, I had to surrender the original to the DMV and only have a copy. :(

The factory is in Fremont, CA but this is not mentioned on the Certificate of Origin, which is a document from Tesla Corporate in Palo Alto.
