Sorry to raise again that topic but I don't have an answer right now and I am a little puzzled.
Beginning of august, I was notified that a new software version, probably 2019.28.xxx was available for my M3. It started downloading via Wifi (though I should have a premium package) and stopped at around 40%. Now I connect to wifi from time to time (tethering my phone connection) but the download does not continue, no matter how long I wait. It says "connect to wifi to continue download" or some such, but it never restarts.
It would be nice if Tesla put a button "I am connected to wifi, go and continue the download" on the "Software" tab.
Had the same issue a few weeks back, this seemed solved at one point but re-appeared.
Well, a little frustrating, one doesn't know if this is a bug or a feature of the download process.
What is your experience ?
