I used the “Escalate To Management” button once about 1 ½ years ago and it worked okay, not great, but the issue was escalated.
I’ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question for over a month now and getting no reply at all, zero, zilch, nothing. I guess team Tesla must be stretched thin?
I decided to use the “Escalate To Management” button and noticed it was no longer on my car’s Tesla page. There is a support-question-form but with no dropdown option to escalate. Does anyone know what happened to it? Did they discontinue the escalate option?
