What's next ?

This is the text I have in MyTesla Dashboard:

Your Model 3 was reserved on 3/31/2016. Production is planned to begin in 2017. You'll be invited to configure based on the date of your reservation.

I saw that many of you guys have different statement as for the Production is planned to begin in 2017.

What do you have and what does it means? I place my reservation on March 31st and I live in Quebec. Do you think its a clue about the priority order?

Those who have different wording reserved much later, it seems. I don't think anything has changed for those of us who ordered early. it's just to set expectations for those who ordered later that they will not see their cars in 2017. JMHO.

It also varies by location. People in the US that reserved earlier actually have this "Your Model 3 was reserved on 3/31/2016. Deliveries will begin in late 2017." I think this is just highlighting the expected difference in delivery time for US vs non-US reservations.

@dsvick - You may be right. Mine says exactly what you just wrote.

Your Model 3 was reserved on 3/31/2016. Deliveries will begin in late 2017.

Same here. Your Model 3 was reserved on 3/31/2016. Deliveries will begin in late 2017.

Now on the Model 3 page it says something slightly different.

Production begins mid 2017
Delivery estimate for new reservations is mid 2018 or later
