Who helps after a used purchase?

It has now been 3 months after I purchased a used tesla.....1) still no reply to helping or even looking at the cracked front windshield 2) no lic plate - temp tag is expired 3) got a letter from my lender saying they have never received the title

I have emailed the 2 people that were in contact with me during the order and notified me of the delivery date......crickets! I have gone into the "dealership" where I picked up my car - they are unsure who handles that for "used" cars.

Same boat here. CPO purchased in September. No registration. Temporary expired six weeks ago. I was actually logging in here, my third time ever, to see if I could find some help.

I've sent several emails, when I talk to anyone in the company, I ask for help. They politely say they will forward it. I was told by finance there is a 'registration' department that deals directly with all the CPO's, but he would not give me a name or a number.

The product, '15 Model S, the best car I've ever driven. The products are so good, it overshadows a complete and utter lack of customer service.

Overwhelmingly, the people in this company are the most entitled and arrogant group I've ever encountered in a private company. I had a great guy in my local service, other than that...entitled children.

I just called 'sales', existing orders, politely explained what I needed, and Jeremiah hung up. There is no general support for existing customers that I could find in the phone tree.

What is the process now?

This is the person who keeps responding but for one month he has been saying "it shows someone is working on it"
