WOW service!!!

My service guy, Brian Phillps (Fremont svc center) volunteered to drive to my house to pick up my MS for service since my hand was in a cast. He bummed a ride with a friend and swung by at 11PM last nite. Wow!! Thanks huge Brian and thanks huge Tesla!

Wow, that is very considerate. Tesla has raised the bar on all service organizations. Its interesting how Tesla employees are not surprised to hear about this from other Tesla employees. Its as if, this has become the Tesla standard level of service. Amazing company. Absolutely amazing company.

Brian at Fremont service center is the best, he is really nice and very helpful. Have not had a good experience with others at Fremont center so now I just work with Brian.

I had to revive this thread after what I experienced today.
Got back to the Bay Area after a road trip, and tried to recharge at home, but the adaptor would not fit onto the charging cable. The Fremont SC had an employee come to our house after work to swap out the broken (bent tab) cable for free. Whaaa?! Unbelievable service. Thanks Wilson!
