Why don’t we have Spotify in the US? I know it comes with the cars purchased in Europe.
Apparently cars in Europe get Spotify because Slacker isn’t available there.
Well you can get spotify premium subscription to play music in car. Other way is to download spotify song for offline usehttps://spotytomp3.com
According to Musk, it’s coming. By the sounds of it, in V10 software update.
I’m interested to see how it gets integrated... side by side with Slacker, with accommodation to add other services (Pandora, SoundCloud, iHeartRadio, AppleMusic, etc.) or a removal of Slacker and replacement with a Spotify. Big difference.
Is there a difference in sound quality in a Tesla model 3 between Slacker and spotify?
@wiboater4: V10 is rolling out now and includes Spotify, so someone should be able to answer your question soon.
Am I completely missing it, or is Spotify not showing up after the update is supposed to have completed?
Only works in Tesla if you pay for Spotify Premium.
I had been using car play for last 3-4 years and really miss car play in Tesla.http://freegiftcardgenrator.com ||http://onlinefreegiftcodesgenerator.com ||http://realgiftcardgenerator.com ||http://topvideodownloader.com ||
My experience so far, the streaming quality of the Spotify app in V10 is lower than in the smartphone app. Comparing with the same song, same volume, the streaming quality worse, not so much bass, less define sound.
I hope they will improve it soon, paring some of the configuration we have in Spotify in a smartphone (control streaming quality, choose gapless songs, control the transition of songs), and also enable a different Spotify account per driver profile.
MIne sounds great on my Model 3 LR
@jmward77 The Spotify button should be visible as one of the media options whether or not one entered the Spotify Premium login.
@daniel.wollmann, did you change music settings like bass?
