How to submit complaint to corporate?

How to submit complaint to corporate?

What is the best place to file a complaint that will reach an executive team level?

We completed pre-financing application and indicted the day of order we would be leasing. That was 57 days ago on Apr 11. Today, the day of delivery, it is cancelled late in the afternoon (after we called for the 3rd time wondering where it is!). The paperwork isn't submitted from Tesla's leasing company, and they're closed. Not going to happen today.

We followed up throughout the waiting period several times. I'm not sure what more we could have done. Someone dropped the ball.

A really crappy thing to be surprised with. Now we're home for the weekend with big dinner plans to make our first drive, but no car. Really f*ing pissed.

If I owned a car dealership. I would hang my head in shame.

Because stealing money is not my thing.

I am owner of Tesla S model, The new V9.0 has forced me to have the navigation PERMANANTLY displayed and the camera only lower half?? This moved the camera away from my LINE of vision!! This is unsafe now I have to move my head and neck down and move my right hand away from the steering wheel to see my blind spots > I miss the older version, Please immediately allow us to move the camera window upper or lower halves and give us the ability to choose to be on the navigation or NOT, in essence the previous version was much safer than the new

I have terrible sales support experience with Tesla!

I had issue in placing the online order for Model 3 and my order got messed up.... logged a case and trying to connect with sales support... no help..... my problem remains unresolved for more than 2 weeks. Though the employees I spoke are understanding the problem and willing to help management has not provided them powers and tool sets. Wondering how to Trust this company?

rxlawdude | 30 octobre 2018

And the short seller FUDmeisters will lap up these complaints to cut TSLA share prices.

cmweisbrod | 31 octobre 2018

I bought a Model S85 in June 2014 so my warranty expired a few months ago. One of the great selling points for me was that a Tesla has much less that can go wrong with it, which I construed to mean that it would hold up well and not require much maintenance or repairs.

I have only 35,400 miles on the car and have had multiple issues. Door handle assemblies broke while care was in warranty. Soon after my warranty expired, i plugged into my Nema plug at work and when I got to my office I was told that sparks were flying out of the plug. The plug was shorted out and so was my charging cord and connector. Tesla denied there was defect in the charging cord although they have since issued a new version. However, my electrician is excellent and found nothing wrong with the wiring. To add insult to the cost for the new charging cord/connector and electrician's work, Tesla Service Center told me they were out of the connector that attaches to the charging cord and there was no estimated date within which they would get them back in stock. I ended up waiting over a month during which time I had to take my car to a Supercharger which luckily was not far from my office.

Last week on my way to work, a warning light flashed telling me the car needed to be serviced and might not start(!). I called Tesla and like others who have complained here, it took me a long time on hold and multiple calls to reach anyone. When I did I was told yes there is something going on and they would refer it to their diagnostics people and get back to me in 24 hours. Haha. Never did hear back and sure enough 3 days later the car would not start up. I had to have it towed to the service center. Just got the bad news that the "high voltage interconnecting loop" was causing alerts and i needed to replace the "GEN2 CHARGER - 32A - REWORK/CONVERTED, MASTER ONLY" (caps in original) at a total cost of $3100.

The service rep denied that the previous shorting out of my cord could have caused this GEN@ Charger to blow, but I'm afraid I have no reason to believe him..

Really, this is ridiculous. I still own my 2000 BMW 5281 and I've never had a repair on it that cost that much money. Bottom line is that my Tesla Model S is a really cool car, but I could not in good conscience recommend buying a Tesla to anyone. As mentioned by numerous others, the service personnel are overwhelmed to the point that service does not measure up by a longshot to what one expects from such an expensive luxury vehicle.

More importantly, Teslas post warranty ARE extremely expensive to maintain and of course there are no independent mechanics who work on them so you are at Tesla's mercy for repairs. Oh and I haven't mentioned my nightmare when i had some body work done for dings I put into it because I had difficulty adjusting to the car's width. I took it to my long time body shop. Long story short, Tesla kept tooling him around on the parts he tried to order. I had to make multiple calls to complain to people at Tesla. My car was in the shop a month. Yes, I was told that Tesla certifies body shops and in order to be certified, a shop needed to have a piece of equipment that costs $250,000. So if you purchase a Tesla you are completely at Tesla's mercy for expensive mechanical repairs and it you need body work, even for something small, you must use their approved shops and pay through the nose for that service too.

One more point: the notion in 2014 that Teslas would not depreciate like ordinary cars was again a misrepresentation. I'm lucky if my car is worth 40% of what i paid for it. To all you fellow owners who are dazzled by the beauty, performance and technology of your Tesla and still have stars in your eyes, I wish you good luck. Every night when you plug your baby in, repeat these words: There but for the grace of God go I.

Xerogas | 31 octobre 2018

@cmweisbrod: my service center repaired expensive items out of warranty, and I sold my S for 66% of original cost.

13linkstream13 | 5 novembre 2018

It is not a great idea as for me)

ptux | 5 novembre 2018

I recently sold my Audi A6. It was worth less than 30% what I paid for it - $66k brand new, best offer I got for it was $19k. . $3100 for repairs? Annual service alone on my Audi was half that, every year; it's also on its 4th set of brake rotors in less than 50,000 miles at $5k a pop, never covered under warranty ("it's not a design flaw", per Audi service)

Not trying to justify Tesla here - it sucks you've had trouble with it, 40% residual value is not so bad. Problems with cars can be frustrating, but Tesla is, at least, no worse than their competitors (sadly).

ptux | 5 novembre 2018

Forgot to say my Audi was also purchased brand new same year as your Tesla - 2014

I guess the nattering nabobs of Tesla negativism must have a place to whine, but it's important to understand these reports are exceptions, not the rule.

I haven owned my Tesla for almost five years and 63k miles. I have had numerous repairs and all were covered whether under warranty or not. (e.g.. rear door handle not functioning). Many times I received at home servicing. (e.g. battery replacement)

The Tesla "good old days" are over. It took me three days to get a service person on the phone despite so many calls and left messages. I just paid $372 for a rear tail light lightbulb replacement. So many excuses on why it took four weeks to repair drive shaft and the light bulb. I was told parts are in backorder as all resources are going to making Model 3s. The Agoura Hills CA service center is the worst experience I have had with any car servicing.

Now that my Tesla is getting on in miles, I am going to trade it in and going back to BMW. The Tesla party is now officially over....

This is not so much of a car issue but this is much more of a health issue. California has been on fire for a while now, just recently we have experienced a fire in Paradise, Butte County, AND now Santa Cruz. EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT BE WORKING UNDER POOR CONDITION!!!! The doors in their factories are open 24/7 which allows toxic air to enter their facilities. I am sure that if they have to leave the doors open like that then they do not have proper ventilation. Why allow your workers to work in an unsafe and unhealthy environment? And also, why allow workers to work outside AT ALL. I am not here to make people lose their jobs, but at least act right for the company.

Today a woman passed out after coughing up blood on the line that OSHA had to assist her. The more that these people are exposed to this type of environment then the more lives will be lost. The fact that we have been advised to stay indoors and LIMIT physical activity when exposed to this air should be taken seriously as protocol in all businesses especially this one. For someone who has other locations/branches worldwide shouldn't have to worry about their business being in danger.

Those working at tesla should have options and alternatives due to the poor air quality. They should still be getting paid some how, whether they can figure something out to better their working conditions or lessen the hours or something! Schools have been shut down due to the poor air quality, why? Because majority of the time they're out in the open! These men and women who work for a crappy company who doesn't care about their employees anyway are risking their lives. Why is it that schools who care for the people of the future want to save theirs but those who want to help those who want to BECOME the future can't save their own employees?

PUT THAT IN YOUR MEETING BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

rxlawdude | 17 novembre 2018

Queen rant TEA SCORE 100%.

Who made you the arbiter of air quality specifically in the Tesla factory?

Obvioulsy Tesla does not put customer service has their main priority. I cancelled my Tesla 3 order back on July 2018, and I still haven't received my feedback

The first time I called was in September (as their corporate policy is 45 to 60 days), and they told me that the refund had already been paid. After reviewing my statement, I realized that this was not the case and that they were lying and need to make further research internally to process the refund

Called a second time in October, as I still not received any update. The customer service reps said that he would do some inquiries and call me back. Never called me back

Called a 3rd time in November asking for resolution. They indicated that they had open a claim for me for process

I send the reps 2 emails since for update with no reply

Called a 4th time this week, they indicated that they were seeing my request for refund but had not updates. The reps told me that we would investigate and get back to me.....guess what? He never called me back

What the hell can I do to get my money BACK!!!!!! This is borderline fraud

usa_cchan | 7 décembre 2018

Need help to get my refund, I tried to get my refund for a wall charger that I returned 6 months ago to where I purchased from and so far still not getting my refund yet. Called Burbank, Ca service center and they told me someone will call me back but no one did. Emailed Alan from Executive Care regarding the issue and still not going any where.

Wonder what is the next step I should do to get my money back. Thanks

I'm not happy with Telsa customer service and service center. Do you know what is the best way to get support from Tesla? For sure, this will be my first and my last Tesla purchase! I should have reviewed the customer service rating before I made the final decision. :(

jafuertes82 | 19 décembre 2018

Unfortunately these issues have become more and more common. Back in July I had a positive experience when I picked up my RWD LR Model 3 which I had been waiting for several years since the car was announced. I was really excited so that's probably why I overlooked certain red flags at the moment. I was so happy with the car that I decided to upgrade to a PM3+, basically the most expensive M3 you can get. So what does Tesla and Mt Kisco, NY dealership do? They make my life miserable. The entire process was very upsetting, negative, horrible and still is to this day since I'm still having issues. Here I am spending and additional $20K on this new vehicle, other than constantly promoting the brand, and they don't give damn about making the process enjoyable, flawless and even correct/adequate since they continue to make mistakes. The process for me to get the signed MVPA was very tedious so that my financial institution could process it. The first time around there was no issue but this time they denied me an actual signed one and had to deal with my bank until finally it was approved. More so, I waited for 4+ hours for me to be able to take delivery of my new PM3+. That's unacceptable! 4+ hours for a vehicle that the dealership already had all the information. When I finally took delivery of my $70k+ car it was not detailed properly, visibly dirty in/out and with due scratches which I have to now take it for repair. I can't believe I spent this much money and effort for a vehicle that was delivered scratched and dirty!!!The problems don't end here. I was transferring my NY plates to the new vehicle which is supposed to be an easy procedure that dealerships handle themselves. Well, yesterday I received the supposed transferred registration for the vehicle BUT the VIN didn't match it, kit matched my old vehicle which was already sold out of state. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I try and get a hold of the dealership and nothing. No answer from the dealership. Tried calling multiple times to the Mt Kisco location and either they don't answer or they pick up and hang out!
This is an ordeal!! Shouldn't be this way, I take this as a disrespect to my person from Tesla and specially the dealership for treating loyal customers like me the way they're. Shame on Tesla/Mt Kisco location!

Hi, I brought my >$13K cashier' check to pick up the Model S. The delivery time was scheduled at 4pm. First, the contract was wrong so they needed to redo the contract. Secondly, they did not get the license plate on time so told me to go home and pick up the car on another day. Finally, when we went to examine the car, it has damages that need to go to auto-shop. It is a car that costs over $100K!!!! So I wanted to cancel my car and asked for return. It was Dec 1-2nd. I have been sending everyone (sales and deliverry) emails every week but NOBODY replied. They took in my cashier's check and my deposit of $2500 and disappeared from the planet. What kind of the company is Tesla? Shall I get a lawyer?

If I owned a vehicle dealership https://ovo.fyi/fmovies/ https://ovo.fyi/yesmovies/ https://ovo.fyi/solarmovie/ , i would require all of my workforce to study these Tesla forum threads where humans speak their delivery and provider issues. Lot's of legitimate factors approximately how not to address people.

rickrosque | 21 décembre 2018

Good Morning,
I'm having issues getting my vehicle which has been fully paid for. Half an hour before the vehicle was supposed to be delivered to me on 12/17, one of your employees called saying there was damage to the vehicle and he could not deliver the vehicle. He committed to call me and provide status on the vehicle. He mentioned there was paint chips on the trunk. I got no status on the vehicle until Wednesday midday with a text message stating my model 3 was going to be tentatively delivered on 12/20 between 8 AM and 10 AM. In the afternoon before I left work on 12/19, I spoke with a Tesla employee to verify the vehicle would be delivered on 12/20 between 8 AM and 10 AM. I waited at home until after 10 and not one Tesla employee communicated any information related to the delivery of the vehicle. This has been a very frustrating experience dealing with incompetent individuals. I do not feel confident the vehicle will be delivered and I'm starting to wonder if the damage is far greater than just paint chips. I am totally dissatisfied with the delivery process and your employees. I sent a text to the texting thread which I've been communicating with Tesla employees and stated my dissatisfaction with these incompetent individuals I'm having to deal with. After my text message I got a response back stating a delivery adviser would contact me. No one has contacted me to date and I need someone with some authority to resolve this issue.
Regards,
Rick Rosque.

This is getting frustrating because we never had this problem before if someone can please help me on this i will really appreciate it thank you

Rabadia | 11 Janvier 2019

What company treats you like this? I’m so frustrated with Tesla!

A few months ago, I finally got my car after several painful changes to the delivery date! I should have canceled my order then because now I’m stuck with my model 3 parked in my garage... expired tag.

When I finally got my car, the car came with a temporary tag- was told I’ll get the main tag in mail.

After a couple weeks, I get call that I need to come back and sign some papers... apparently they forgot to get my signature on the banks check! so we go and sign the check.

A few days later, I get another call to go back and sign a few more paperworks... seriously? What company operates like that? I was shocked to see how Tesla operates! I was getting to know how Tesla works... I was shocked... but I thought maybe it’s a one time thing so I kept my hopes high and moved on.

Couple weeks go by and my temp tag is about to expire so I call them (don’t expect them to do that) I was told to come in and get another temp tag... now I’m upset... but none the less, I wanted to believe in Tesla and the people, process... I mean I love what it stands for but the people and the process has been nothing short of frustration.

Anyway, guess what? Yup- my 2nd temp tag is about to expire and now I’m really f*kin pissed... and like expected- dint hear from them, I had to go to their west palm beach office for the 4th time!

This time they couldn’t give me a 3rd temp tag... apparently they are only allowed to give 2 out. So I put my foot down and demanded I talk to someone because now, I cannot drive that car the next day until I get a tag!

I talked to the delivery specialist and she said there is nothing she could do... but will try to expedite the process ... I asked for a rental and she said she will talk to her manager and see if thats even possible and keep me updated! Seriously? I was just shocked at how I blew my money ... the whole thing has been a mess... no one takes you seriously...

Anyway the next day, I had enough! Not having heard from Tesla about a rental and me having to go out of town... ahhhhh!
I was going frikin insane and fighting it out over the phone with my delivery person and her manager, I just lost it! I got hung up on... I just couldn’t believe what was going on... we had no car and they dint give 2 sh*ts about it!

I called the main office to talk to someone who will listen to me and do something... so I find out that Tesla has no complaints number! You have to send them an email! WOW!!

Finally after sometime, I get an email for a car rental at enterprise! Wow... is this what I paid my hard earned frikin 60K for? This is pure none sense! I had no choice but to pick up a basic car until this is resolved.

After waiting a week, still no tag so I try to call them- 1 hr wait! I had to hang up and try again after a few hrs- same thing!
Tried the next day- same thing! Who waits that long? So I decide to send them an email - never heard from anyone.

After a few days, I send an email to the complains email - it’s been a few days and no response! I was hoping they will at least upgrade my rental from Camry to a Tesla so I can at least not miss out on the fun. Right now I’m paying over $1500/ month for a car that just sits in my garage!

It’s been 2 weeks now and no plate, email or a call from Tesla!

Today, I went to DMV office to see if I can get the damn tag myself- after waiting for an hour, I’m told they can’t do that because Tesla has NOT yet issued the title! Holly molly- WTF!

I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do... not even sure if I’ll get my 2018 tax credits now!

I’m hoping someone that cares and loves Tesla will contact me and help me out... in the meantime, I’ve decided to contact my bank and see if they can help.

As much as I loved Tesla ... I have a whole new hate for it- every time I look at the car in my garage- it just reminds me of what a mistake I made! A beautiful product with a horrible process and non-caring people!

I purchased a 2018 Tesla S on the early termination program at the Newport Beach CA store. The salesman told me there would not be a termination charge of $375.00. In addition I asked him to inspect the car to determine if there would be any ware and tear charge as several of the wheels were scrapped. He took photos and told me he would send them to the appropriate Tesla person to determine if there would be any charges. He called me back and told me there would not be any charges for the scrapped wheels. This transaction occurred in mid September with delivery on 9/23/18 of the 2018 Tesla S.

In November I received a statement from US Bank which showed I was charged for the termination charge and the scrapped wheels. I attempted to contact Frank on many occasions in November and December, but he did not return my calls.

I received another statement in December showing the amount due and the charges for the termination fee and the wheel repair were not removed .

On December 6, 2018 I sent an email to your customer support address and as of this date 1/16/19. I have not had a response.

I contacted the Newport Beach store and finally I got in touch on 1/14/19 with the store manager Paul. I explained the issues and of course Mike had never informed him of the issue.

Paul promised to call me the nest day, no call from Fred. I just called and was told Fred is not in and doesn't have a cell phone number. His assistant Stacey also was not available.

I have attempted to call Tesla at least 5 times, but no one answers the phone.

Very disappointing. Terrible customer service from Tesla and from store personnel.

I am being chased by US Bank for the payment.

How do you resolve this misrepresentation?

Will I ever hear from Tesla.

You are great at selling cars, but horrible at servicing your customers.

iconcorp | 1 février 2019

I took delivery of my new shiny Model x.
I like its acceleration.
I hate the rear doors, it is a pain.
I hate the service department. They are not very responsive.
I had to go out of the country on family issues.
When I got back my car was dead.
I called service and they informed me that dead battery is not part of road side assistance nor it was covered by Warranty.

I could not open any door. Tesla Please have a mechanical way to open the trunk.
I was told that I have to tow the car at my own expense, I paid for it grudgingly.
No other car company does that.
Then the service department called to say that 12Volt battery is dead, and I have to buy a new one. They charged me $275.00. This is outrageous.
If I had any other car this would not have happened.
I am sorry that I bought this Expensive TOY.
Anyone else thinking of buying this junk, please do not.

ispencer | 28 février 2019

Tesla service does not exist. My concerns are excused as no trouble found as they persist. The "Service" department never answers their phones. I can call from the lobby and they don't even ring. I request service and they tell me they are going to call me for an appointment in a day or two... They never call. I get better service on my 15 year old Ford. I can't believe Tesla can keep selling cars when their service is this horrible. I was planning on buying two more Tesla's for over $400k, but why would I do such a thing when they treat us so poorly. On that note, selling my stock is a good idea also. A seriously misguided company.

TeslaTap.com | 28 février 2019

@iconcorp - Lots of hate. Leaving any EV uncharged for months is never wise. Expensive lesson, but obviously you're not one to read the manual, forums or any other information about EVs before your purchase. Little anyone here can do for you either - perhaps you should stay with some old ICE car since you seem unwilling to learn how to care for a new car. Any any other luxury or premium car that you let the 12V battery die would not be covered under warranty and would be about the same price or more (BMW a lot more).

TeslaTap.com | 28 février 2019

@ispencer - Why not spend 1 minute and make an appointment from your phone or at the Tesla website? No need to talk to anyone. Results are instant and you can pick a time and date that suits your needs. If you really require hand holding and enjoy getting screwed by your Ford dealer, perhaps buy another Ford?

ispencer | 28 février 2019

I have had many many appointments and received the no trouble found. I video tape the scenario they claim will never happen and they close the issue. It doesn't help to go endlessly to appointments with people that have proven over and over that they have no intention of helping. I understand that Tesla doesn't want to talk to customers as the complaints are easier to ignore but that doesn't make the company better or succeed. It is exactly this lack of respect for people clearly trying to facilitate the mission that Musk talk about. The mission is failing because of a lack of real leadership and Ford will eat your cake. @teslatap your response is clearly the type of response I would expect that proves the point. You have a customer that has spent almost $500,000 in Tesla cars and looking to buy another >$400,000 in automobiles and your response is not to address the obvious concern, but to attack me as if I am too lazy to use the pathetic app on my phone as if that is the solution. Tesla told me they would call me back for an appointment.... They didn't. I leave messages and they don't call back. I take my car in and prove the concern and they give me the car back saying they won't fix it. And the app is the solution. Telling people who buy cars to buy other cars is the arrogance that kills companies. Tesla is off the rails and I am selling my soon to be worthless Stock. Thank you for proving my point.

I Put a deposit on this Modal S 2 days ago I got financing and everything in place. The rep said the car was shipped So I sold my car.

I received a call today saying that they can't sell me the car. they could not give me a good explanation why they just stated that it shouldn't been listed on the website. Carfax report is clean I also ran my own autocheck report on it and it was clean. it was a California car so any damage over 1k has to be reported.
The photos looked clean. I spent a lot of time putting everything together and now the Rep can not find me another car in my price range range. I don't know why this happened. Tesla does not honor there agreements and all they can give me is vague answers.

I went to the Brea CA Tesla dealer to see the Modei 3 and was helped by one of their salesman. He went through the vehicle and options available, I asked him if there was any existing inventory. Salesman took me to his laptop and we found a midrange model I was interested in. It was the pearl white with premium black interior. I asked if we were able to upgrade to the 19’’ rims and he spoke to 2 managers both stating that wouldn’t be a problem. This was on a Sunday.

We filled out preapproval and was approved instantly with the understanding I would put only $2500 down and I had to except delivery on the following day. Monday comes and no call so I contact salesman and he says he would contact delivery and get back to me by end of day. No call back. I contacted a Manager that evening who promised a response still nothing. Tuesday comes and cannot get no one to give a status. I send email and get a manager tell me it’s ready but I need 4K more down. So I tell them I can get my own financing but need the MVPA, they promised to send still have not received. Now I have salesman text me and say rims have to be purchased separate at $1500 cost. So I replied to his text message stating he he missed lead me regarding putting this in the loan in a due bill would be given for the Rims. He replied back stating that he thought that was OK and he even asked to managers. Now I have in writing that I was misled, they took the $2500 which they want to reimburse me in 45 days but it was takien instantaneously. Is this legal?

Months and months of delivery problems and now unresolved paint issues!
If I could go back I wish I refused my delivery.

Model 3, Dual Motor.

Tried calling corporate, can't get anyone on the phone.
Local delivery team, claims they can't help any further and recommended to contact corporate.
(they must know its mission impossible to speak to anyone)

If someone from corporate sees this message, please get in touch with me, you know how.

I scheduled service to have a strange hissing/boiling noise investigated/check out and was refused a loaner car because estimated seevice time is less than 3-hours. Service center anticipated completion at 11:00 AM and is now close to 1:00PM (nearly 4-hours). They provided 1 free Lyft ride to work. I had to skip lunch because I have no form of transportation and also don’t know how I will pick up my two kids from two different elementary schools. I love Tesla so much that I wanted to purchase another Tesla vehicle, but now have second thought about it.

Has anyone ever got a reply from CustomerSupport@tesla.com? I am not talking the automated reply "Thanks for contacting Tesla...". I mean the actual response to the query. Today is my sixth email in two weeks without any response.
I have also tried calling, but there was way to reach their business relations team.
Any suggestions?

I have a Model S and I am trying to join the forum thread so I can post my dissatisfaction with Tesla service. I have been driving in FLORIDA for almost THREE weeks now with NO air conditioning. That is like driving in Nebraska for three weeks with no heat - it is inexcuseable. First Dania Beach spent several hours examining the car only to tell me they set up an case with the mobile service tech who would call me, come to my house with the required parts and fix the problem. He called, he came, and he spent two hours only to tell me he couldn't fix it but would order parts and get back to me. After more than a week, I called Tesla - only to be told he didn't know what was wrong with the car SO HE DID NOTHING!!!! This guy is an idiot!

How can you rationalize this kind of service with a car of this caliber? It is unbelievable. I am NOT happy and I plan to let everyone know until I get a resolution - which is NOT for me to drive the car 2 1/5 hours to pick up a loaner. Tesla can bring the loaner to me.

I took my car today to the Burlingame, CA service center. First I had to wait 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment and the service person Courtney Jones was quite rude. When I picked my car, I was charged for a tire rotation that was not performed as I had checked my tread wear on each time and the tires were not rotated. Karl Kreitner runs the service department at this location and it is clear that he is not paying attention to customer service or quality control. I request an immediate refund of the amount I as falsely charged for a tire rotation today. Thank you.

Purchased my solar panels close to a year ago and still loosing power in my home. I have called over 7x's and each time it appears as though the finger of blame is being pointed at me. I have a power wall and I even have certain items like my stove and air conditioner and refrigerator all hooked up to my firewall and yet I came home today and my power was out. This is a ongoing problem and when you send the same lame technician out to see what's going on (If you want to call him that.) All i get is attitude stating things like "What do you want me to do about it? I can't see a problem unless it's happening now." So what am I suppose to do let the power stay out until he can come by and look at it? I call your call center to speak with a manager, after being on hold for 35 min another customer service rep comes on the line stating that we don't have manager in the office and no one will call me back other than a supervisor. They don't have the ability to get a social media manager or anyone higher to call there customers when requested. I am doing nothing but talking badly about this co. I paid a whole lot more than your competitors and yet I am not getting the service I paid for. Your not even monitoring my system and so when I call and ask why I wasn't notified that the power went out.All I get is we'll have to look into it. It went out for a second blah blah blah. What a joke. This is the most current thing that is happening I have had a horrible time with this co. and wouldn't suggest anyone ever use your product or service again!!!! I tell all my friend when they ask me how's it going. I got to office and bring up the discussion just to talk bad about this co.

I should have seen it coming, but I kept giving Tesla the benefit of doubt through out the buying process. However, on arriving to pick up my M3, it was not ready. It was not charged, it had tape and stickers on it and when I talked with the delivery manager, said "I am not going to stand here and talk to you about charging." The person who was assigned to show us the vehicle seemed to want us to stop bothering him and barely showed us how to use the car. Let's go back to ordering and unable to get any responses. We understood that the car would be delivered to our home, and could not get anyone to return calls. When I talked about people they would promise that someone would call and of course they did not. When trying to call the delivery center all I could get was a voice mail. When I finally talked to a female manger at the delivery center she was rude and now threatened to stop the sail because the car had been sitting there for severn days even though I have never been notified the car was there. I was also told that my car would not get the price reduction like other cars had gotten since I ordered my car. I do like the car, but I would never allow myself to go through such a torturous process. I did not find anyone who seemed interested in me buying the car except may Robbie, but he did not have any useful information for me.

Tesla provides one of the worst customer service experience. While everyone is nice enough, there is ZERO ownership to addressing owner's questions or issues. The answer is always, "someone will call you back" and up to this point, the rate is 100% no one calls you back. Tried getting a delivery blemish addressed and that took 3 months. We were approved for a refund check during the first February priced drop since we literally took delivery of the car same day price went down. Was informed to expect check in 6-8 weeks. Calling back multiple times months later, we were told it was approved, but needs to be submitted to finance. Since no one seems to be able to do anything, was told someone will call us. Calling again, was told it was not approved, but to wait for someone to call us back in the next two weeks... Submitted two requests for help online as well. This was just one of many issues we tried calling on many times getting ping ponged around. Really makes you feel so helpless and I want to be loyal to this brand so bad.
