During the delivery circus known as December 2018 I took delivery of a LR M3.
I was told that I would be able to receive 6mo Supercharging and a one time but would not expire $100 credit for Supercharging.
The program at the time was unrestricted and applicable to all new vehicle purchases, unlimited was for the Performance M3.
My M3 has shown pre-paid supercharging since delivery. I have a charger at home and haven't needed to use public supercharging.
Now I would like to take a trip and started checking into this and cannot find that a $100 credit is recognized. In a different post, there seems to have been notification that the 6mo started, and warnings of when it ended. I also did not see anything like that.
I tried to email my sales representative but he seems to have departed Tesla.
So the questions of the post is, if you had a credit, how can you tell? Also, if you feel it is wrong, which support group should be contacted to sort it out (email address/contact #?)?
