On Nov 11 I ordered the Tesla Model S/X/3 Tire Repair Kit, it arrived with a bad power switch. I requested an exchange, received the replacement on Dec 11. It too, had a bad power switch. I have sent emails to Tesla Online Orders on Dec 14, Dec 23 and Jan 2 requesting a refund or exchange receiving no reply. I have also sent a note to Tesla Support through the website, receiving no response as well. When calling the customer service number, you are directed to email Tesla Online Orders…so there’s the rub.
Any insight or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
