Tell Tesla, not me.
At least you could have a flat 2nd row for awhile, may even leave it like that??
I think Tesla would see some takers on your idea.
YES I would take it without the second row seats as long as they deliver it without accepting this 100,000 dollar check
Maybe the DOT wouldn't agree, but I'd be completely happy with just the driver/front-passenger ... it's going to be a two-seater daily driver most of the time, anyway. Less weight would be better kWh/mile. : )
The problem right now is I'm getting zero response from Tesla when I try to contact the local people in Palo Alto. No news is not good news / silence is not always golden.
I don't see why you wouldn't jump to the front of the Q in front even of Sigs and Founders if you could get thru to Tesla
I could perhaps be enticed to take a first/third row car now with a follow on 2nd row this summer too.
A really expensive van. Why?
I hoped to remove a second row seat or two to stow my wheelchair anyway. Yes, definitely!
The Moderator or the Easter Bunny has been over this site today removing topics, so perhaps shehe will also summarise all our requests to Tesla.
Can't have chalk without the cheese. Or something like that. Bad with the good.
I have heard of one who bought a reservation 6 months ago, but was so upset with the non-folding 2nd row news purchased another one. The plan is when #1 is up and still no folding seats, may pass, and hope that #2 may have that option.
Crazy perhaps... but strong feelings about that 2nd row.
I wonder haw many cancellations will be due to #1 reason as change in seating configuration to non-fold
